Essence

of balance, breath and being

Vyaniti, from the Sanskrit word 'vyaan' for air that pervades in the whole body and 'iti' meaning indeclinable. Vyaniti is a space to experience traditional yoga in its true form — simple, steady, and deeply connected to breath.

 

What we offer is shaped by lived practice: yoga therapy for healing, classes to support daily balance, training for those who want to go deeper, and retreats that create space for stillness and renewal. Our intention is not just to teach, but to share yoga as a path to wholeness, one that is both timeless and relevant for modern life.

Internship after TTC

Completing Teacher Training is just the beginning. At Vyaniti, new teachers receive a 25-hour complimentary internship to gain real classroom experience under senior guidance. This builds confidence, sharpens skills, and prepares you to teach diverse groups. Ongoing mentorship is also available for those who want extra support.

Shatkarma- yogic cleansing practices
